Houseplant Homeschool - FAQ

All plants are shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday as this ensures they are not stuck in transit over the weekend.  Delivery is next day so you should receive your plant no later than the day after you receive your shipping notification.  If you require delivery on a specific day please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Your plant has been checked to make sure it is not in need of re-potting for several months before shipping. The stress of shipping is not immediately obvious and in order to minimise this and to speed up the recovery process we recommend leaving the plant in it’s pot and medium for at least three to four weeks.  Do not attempt to propagate or take cuttings from your new plant for at least eight weeks after you have received it. Keep it in a high humidity environment (70% +) for the first week and do not water it unless the soil is dry.
